I was unable to access my account within days of joining. I had to cancel through customer service. I made three attempts to chat with tech service and was never able to reach anyone. I have written numerous e mails requesting a refund since cancellation and have never received a response. The service was useless and I am requesting a refund. Judge ANNETTE L***ALLE
