Hey guys,**You guys cancelled my subscription after a login problem on May *th and provided no specifics on reason behind.**I could not acces my account after that (I created my account more than a year ago) and I got charged $*** CAD even after you guys blocked me in the app on May *th. I still don’t understand why my account was blocked, i had used match before.**Who can help me reverse that charge from my master card? I don’t think I should pay for a service thay I never even got to use.**Charge details as shown in my CC statement $***.** BILL***-***-****ON.
