Hello! I am confused as to what kind of subscription I have. Original was to end today. But instead of paying a bit more to extend it when a promo popped up not long after, it looks as if I instead paid for another * months already?**I had not intended to do this, but can someone explain what I signed up for? I do not want any auto continuations, nor to pay more than I already have via PayPal (I"ve checked and it looks as if an extra charge did go through a while ago).. **I had thought the second price was to add another small amount of money and stretch my * months to ** Instead looks as if another * months was added on, which gets even more expensive if I don't cancel when it nears the end. Please advise! **Also, if I am to continue I hope it will be worthwhile. Many of the most recent Matches I saw today looked oddly junky. (and why are men SO far out of my range of preferences lately contacting me -- men not much older than my ** year old son or not matching my preferences at all in other ways. Some from other states Indiana or places outside of Chicago or North Shore I've never heard of. I just check "skip" or if emails, delete them, but makes me a bit uncomfortable!**Thank you for any help you can give! In past when I've signed on (tho rarely!) For the most part, though very selective, I've ended up connecting with very good fits who feel lucky to have found me on Match and are certainly good to meet and know-- so, hope that continues especially if I'm invested "for another * months?.

How GetHuman-sarasp fixed the problem
I got connected, and they have offered to rebate the continuation if that is my wish, and to see if they can re-adjust the algorithm to reflect the original appropriate connections that preceeded their popup encouraging me to extend my subscription (I'd thought I was getting three more months at a very reasonable extra cost, instead looks like I was billed for another * monhts, - afterwhich the connections I was being shown got odder and odder, so that I rarely tuned on. THey were very accomodating and we'll see iwhat they can do!
