I cancelled my account in November. You have continuously charged me ** dollars a month after that. I want a refund. I have requested one last month, got nowhere, gave you all the information you request to cancel the subscription. Low and behold I get charged AGAIN this month. I want my hard earned money back! I do not have time for this anymore. Issue me a refund from December, January, February, March, and now April. THATS *** DOLLARS WASTED ON A SERVICE I CANCELLED IN NOVEMBER. Fix this now!
