I intended to look at the plans. Once I entered my card information, it defaulted to the six month plan and charged my account $***.**. I backed out of the payment window before continuing and authorizing payment. It was deducted anyway. I just want the money put back in my account and any membership canceled. This is the third day without a resolution. Thanks.
