You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

SYW seems t be having issues cashing checks from my online banking. I would like to pay the account in full.*Today when I requested my balance, it was higher then previously quoted (PLEASE TELL ME THEY ARE LATE FEES). Between my bank and SYU, I've phone calls been exchanged. *I pay all my bills at the appropriate time. This is a first to have checks the bank. *I do not want my credit score affected. As the car dealership told me, I could but the company with my credit score (I didn't buy that).*Mary Granlund***********

How GetHuman4227767 fixed the problem
I found out the address the bank was sending the online banking check was different from what the payee rep told me. *I ended up deleting this payee from my online banking list, and created the another with the correct information. Time will tell if this problem is solved. I sent this company ANOTHER online banking check. Praying it isn't returned to the bank.
