Hi, I purchased ** nights at a hotel on Internet via a booking company in February for **** euros with a company called Amoma. They ceased trading on September **. I contacted Amoma. Mastercard, my bank and no one cares. Mastercard said they would have paid back if it was not me personally that paid. My bank said Amoma was French (I live in France) and they pay back if the payment was abroad. (Amoma is Swiss but has a bank account in France). Either way I lose my money and the big institutions stay safe and rich... I believe if I could contact mastercard support by mail with the justifications they would help as opposed to just talking to a phone assistant on the emergency number.
