I used my debit card (MasterCard) to pay for an item on the internet on ** June ****, I was told that I would receive the item within *-* days, I was charged two fees of $*.** & $*.** on ** June **** for the item & shipping .*I was charged $**.** & $**.** (I was not told of these amounts for the items, I would have not ordered them knowing these amounts) on** July ****. I did not receive the items until ** July **** & refused the package within ** minutes of receipt. I called *** *** **** or *** *** **** to resolve it issue & was told that because I did not cancel with the time allowed ((whiched expired before in received it) they offered me **% of the $**.** & the $**.** & not for the smaller charges, when I said that was not good enough the offered me **% of the larger amounts only and that was all they could do. I said I was not happy do the fact I did not get items in a timely matter & was not given the time to test and was not told of the correct amounts.*The bottom line I was scammed, I have no product and was defrauded in the amount of $***.**.
