I have an order that your email says I receive that I have not. The bigger problem is, if I don’t have that order, the other order from the same timeframe does me no good. It is related to the zipper tape bundle. I’ve received the zippers, but not the tool needed to make use of the zippers. Please contact me about what we can do about this. Or, I will need to return the zipper bundle and Contact my credit card Company to get the charges reversed.

I contacted the post about office who discovered the package was put in a box and the key was put in someone else’s box. Massdrop did nothing for several days. Not sure I want to continue doing business with them based on poor customer service.
