I need your help on eligibility for my UI claim. Initially, I was laid off from my company (Charles River Apparel) due to COVID-**. In early May ****, they asked me to come back part time (** hrs per week or two shifts per week). I returned to work in early May. **When I placed my first weekly re certification on the website after returning part time, I entered my net take home pay dollars, instead of my gross income pay. After realizing the error I made, I immediately notified DETMA and it took a few weeks before I received a call from a case manager. I explained the situation and that I wanted to remain in good standing with the agency. They thanked me and let me know that there would be some sort of correction made and*or adjustments to future payments to correct the difference in that first part-time re certification. **I'm still working part time and have continued to enter in my re certifications. However, my status is now, "Ineligible, not denied" and I have no longer received any part time unemployment payments. I've attached notes to the statuses in the Monetary Issues screen, but figured this would be a better way to connect with you. **Can you let me know what I need to do to correct this issue in order to continue with the payments and if there will be any retroactive payments? I'm in a financial pinch as I've been relying on my part time income at my company. They've confirmed that they are not yet ready to bring me back on a Full Time employee just yet. **Thank you for any assistance you can provide. You can reach me via email or on my cell at ***-***-****.**Steve Sheeky
