I'm sick of these train operators closing the door right in my face. I was right in front of the doors on the red line to Alwife and he closed the doors right in my face and won't let me on. This is the *th time and I let it go the first * times but this is not right, I'm disabled and to close a door in someone's face anybody it's disrespectful and I don't want to hear it's a rule or something it's just not right cause I have had one's reopen the doors and I've seen it done by your nicer operators. But to shut the doors right in my face and the said sorry this time but I was right there where the operator was, it's just wrong and I would like a response back telling me why the doors couldn't be reopened please. Thank you
