I have moved eight months ago to another address. Clarification with regard to Mass Health's mistake: my address is *** East Road, Warren Mass. *****. What is on file through NO fault of mine is an address of *** East Road in Ware Mass. *****. Do I have coverage still? Was my address changed correctly? I am being told that my mass health coverage is stopping on sept. **. Please clarify this mistake. I have letters sent to me verifying that everything is alright. I cannot get through on the phone so I am trying this way. If any other information is needed to clarify the situation please let me know. Thank you. Thomas Brady
