I reapplied for masshealth. I received a letter stating they needed information, I provided and then received another letter that I was all set. I made an appt w. doctor due to I wanted a physical. As I waited for the appt to arrive when I arrived I was told I had no coverage. This was a very important visit. Its been since july,**** and without this insurance I cannot see the kidney specialist. I am scared and I want to be sure that is I have Kidney Failure I can hopefully turn it around. Symptoms are progressing from how sick I feel, I have passed out at church and the other day I passed out from the pain.
GetHuman-delcam did not yet indicate what MassHealth - Member Services should do to make this right.
