Mass Health Connector's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-birchhav a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-birchhav's own words
Today, I called the Mass Health Connector * ***-***-****, as the Authorized Rep for my brother, to change his plan because after calling Lawrence Community Health I was told they do not accept the Mass Health Tufts plan??. I was on hold, disconnected, and transferred to another department only to wait on hold again & again, & having to give my information over & over again for over * hours, before I finally was redirected to the Health Connector. NOWHERE in the prompts was a message that asked if I wanted to be connected to the Health Connector. Although, everyone was very polite, I was constantly given the ***-***-**** number to call and was told to follow the prompts, but they did not know which prompt to push.. I did not know which number to press & finally was told that I needed to be transferred by a rep to the Health Connector only to be disconnected* and then having to start over again. I am a NH insurance broker and had previously sold medical insurance for Healthcare.gov in NH and have never experienced this kind of "so called" customer service. You need to fix your messaging system or have a direct number to call the Health Connector. Linda HB
