On **** I chatted on line with Maria Y about not getting all the points for not having our room cleaned during our stay. Maria Y (*********, *:**:** PM): Hi, my name is Maria Y. How may I assist you? *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): Hi,**When we stayed at the Springhill Suites in Anchorage, they had a program where we would get *** points for each day we didn't have our room cleaned. We were there for * days and had the promotion sign hanging on the door each day and the points were not credited. Can you please credit the points? *Maria Y (*********, *:**:** PM): Yes I have credited those points to you. Was there anything else I could assist with today? *Me (*********, *:**:** PM): Nope, thanks. **She only gave us credit for one day. I sent in an email requesting the additional points and never heard back. I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I DON'T LIKE BEING IGNORED.**Thanks,**Stu Cohen
