I am tired of sitting through prompts for * - * minutes sometimes more to get to a human being to make*change a reservation. Why can't your local hotels make reservations rather than having to be put through to some call center somewhere? I book travel for A LOT OF EXECUTIVES and I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO WASTE HOURS EVERY WEEK MAKING RESERVATIONS AT YOUR HOTELS!!! I AM GOING TO START RECOMMENDING THEY DO NOT STAY AT YOUR PROPERTIES UNLESS YOU CAN GIVE ME A NUMBER I CAN PHONE WHERE I CAN SPEAK TO A HUMAN IN A TIMELY FASHION.
