Issue: I need the receipt for my stay earlier this week (confirmation **********).*How I want it resolved: Please email the receipt immediately to *****@***.com.*Background: I called Crystal City Marriott at Reagan National Airport hotel staff earlier and was told they emailed me my receipt while I was on the phone with them (about *:**pm EST today).*- I have contacted the hotel front desk and the Marriott help number (***-***-****) because I did not get the receipt.*- Help agent at *** number said she cannot help me because the hotel has to send it to me. *- I told the help agent I contacted the hotel earlier, and was told they emailed it but I still do not have it.*- Help agent again said I need to the hotel "because she is not at the hotel". She added that she cannot help me.*- She then asked if that was OK and I said no, it is not OK and I need the receipt. She then said she looked for the receipt and "it has not been made yet."*- She then asked if she had helped me and I said no, I need the receipt so that I can get reimbursed by my company. *- She said she would transfer me to her manager and did so without asking. After * minutes on hold, I had to go to a *pm meeting to get to so could not stay on line to wait for her manager. I ended the call while on hold for her manager for * minutes. *Issue ** - When I called the Marriott ***-***-**** number, I was on hold ***** minutes*** before talking to an agent.*Please know that I have just joined the Marriott rewards group to try them out. I am a Hilton rewards member and wanted to try another hotel chain. I regret the choice as this has been an extremely frustrating experience on top of the fact that Marriott is directly causing my reimbursement from my office to be delayed. Additionally, when I turned in my room key Thursday (****) morning around *am, I asked about getting a copy of the receipt. the clerk told me as she was talking to me that she had just sent it. *Sincerely,*Linda Bresnahan Herstrom
