I I have been a Marriott member for several years. I understand there are growing pains while combining programs, but I am not to thrilled with the support. I have called the Marriott reservation line *X trying to book a Westin hotel both times I was transferred to SPG first time it rang and rang second time I have now been on hold for ** min and I am on the platinum reward line. This is extremely frustrating if it’s going to be that long you should have a call back option. In addition I want to use my points at one of * Westin or * Sheraton properties in Maui and two of them only offer double beds when you use your points. I am not sure how many adults fit into a double bed. As a Marriott rewards member I am very disappointed **
GetHuman-hapyday did not yet indicate what Marriott should do to make this right.
