I recently took my special needs adult daughter and grandchildren to the courtyard in jacksonville nc.I was treated very poorly by the manager stating we trashed the room because my special needs daughter leaked urine onto the bed.She proceeded to tell me i made the shower black and that my grandchildren were disturbing guest.Is this not a kid*family friendly hotel?She billed my debit card ***.** extra dollars for damages of the so called trashed room,stating she had to close the room" without even contacting me explaining why.I tried to contact her several times before finally returning my call stating all the above.I am not a trashy person and cleaned the room myself before checking out so i know in fact that her accuations are indeed false.My special needs daughter can not help the way she was born and kids are going to make noise.m appauled to have been treated in this manner and actually left the hotel a day early due to her banging on the hotel door stating we would have to leave because of the grandkids who were just excited to be on vacation to visit their nc family.I really feel that my money should be returned.She even went as far to call my son in laws manager at a wv devision stating i trashed the room and she took all my money off my debit card for damages before even speaking with me. I am very offended by the whole matter and would appreciate a response soon. Thank you Melinda long
