*) When I try to login system will not accept either my bonvoy number or my email so I cannot change a password ( which system does not recognize either.)**) When I try to reserve outside membership my name comes up as William A. Earner but my address comes up as in Moldova. I have never been there and I live in Maryland.

GetHuman-wearner did not yet indicate what Marriott Hotels and Resorts should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-wearner fixed the problem
Platinum number connected me to a tech who sent a coded URL and I changed password. Marriott could not find Moldova address which still lurks in my acct somewhere.
