I have just spent ** minutes on the phone only to be cut off when it was finally answered.*Complaint, I tried to phone about. Order number - *********Product number - ********Product name - Thinking of you rose.*Arrived very poor quality. I was very embarrassed when my daughter-in-law sent a photograph. It was more like a £*:** miniature rose I could have bought from the supermarket. Hope it would grow and look half decent when planted but it had no root ball so hasn't thrived or grown at all. I have gardened for over ** years and never had any plant that poor quality. Her grandmother passed away and it was meant to be a special rose to plant to remember her. I am mortified at how it turned out. Please send another, better quality one or a full refund.*Also try to get your phone lines sorted because that was a waste of time and very frustrating to wait that long and be cut off. Thanks Sue.
