I have Malwarebytes Premium on * computers, with * diff product keys, both on *automatic renewal. One got renewed on Sept **, but I haven't downloaded the update. I was charged $**.** through Paypal. I want to buy the Malwarebytes deal for Premium plus Privace for $*.** per month for * devices. I want to get a refund of my $**.** and go with the new deal. I called and got a service tech who told me he was going to do a whole bunch of stuff that I didn't understand, and was not comfortable with. He ended up trying to talk me into it all, and when I didn't agree and told him simply what I wanted, he got aggravated and hung up.
GetHuman-locorph did not yet indicate what Malwarebytes should do to make this right.
