My premium MB program I bought in April ** for $**.** was removed or cnacelled, and I had already paid. In June my computer was attacked by a virus, and MB was still on my computer and did not detect the virus. Then later after a second attack the MB Icon dispappeard from my desktop. I thought I'd get a trial MB program for ** days, but forgot the expiry date and ended up paying for a second program. I tried to get second charge removed, but no one would get on phone or c hat with me in less than an hour's time. So, I called my bank and asked to be removed from my bank card. However, my bank card misunderstood after getting the seocnd charge removed and also asked for the first charge to be removed. I called and asked not to do that. and bank issued me a letter saying that they would reverse the removal. Now I have no program, but my $**.** was still paid to MBytes. I would like to either reinstate Malwarebytes Premium, or else cancel and have the charge removed from my bank card.
