Good morning from the UK.**Licence Key MCHQM-***PR-Y*G**-*NYCP - Malwarebytes Premium**Reference No. ***********My Malwarebytes account is due for renewal on Oct *.**Last year, I upgraded my licence from (*) to (*) devices. Until then,*I had been paying an annual fee of £**.**.**I now want to downgrade back to only (*) device.**Malwarebytes renewal notice is asking me for £**.** for (*) devices.**IOver the past few days, I have sent several e-mails to both Malwarebytes and*Cleverbridge AG, explaining the above and requesting that my renewal premium*be adjusted down for (*) device only.**Unfortunately, and frustrating, I not received back one response . I therefore have*had no alternative but to cancel my auto-renewal with Paypal.**I last thing I want is for my account to lapse*cancel and be without Malwarebytes.**I was willing to set up a payment using my debit card, but again, Malwarebytes system*is requesting £**.**.**If I do not have my problem resolved by Oct. *, I will have no option but to pay the*full amount being asked - and then hopefully I will be able to negociate a refund at a later date.**Please can you assist me?**Thank you very much.
