Hello! I tried to purchase a subscription this morning and it told me my purchase was declined and to try again. I tried a second time and got the same error. I then received a text stating I needed to agree to use that card* the text says if I got a declined message to try again. I checked my bank prior to processing the third payment and sure enough, BOTH prior payments from this morning are there. Can I please have an expedited refund for the second payment? Thank you!
