Sirs*I am an eighty year old now and a very slow learner and not very competent on the computer a few years ago I purchased your anti-malware program and paid it through Pay-Pal for some unknown reason they took two payments for the program on the same day and I never spotted it then the same happened the next year I tried to cancel your program and don't think its protecting my computer now, as I don't use the computer much now I don't think I need your high protection and only use it very little now, however I have just noticed that pay- pal has paid you another two payments I am not even using the program* can you please advise me how to sort out my problem and hopefully get a refund* Thanks for any help that you can give best regards KEN
