Help with my Malwarebytes issue
GetHuman-dlwinter's next move: talk to Malwarebytes when they open.
Malwarebytes's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-dlwinter a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-dlwinter's own words
Paid twice for service at different times. ... I have * personal computers I have used MalwarebytesPro on until recently. One of the computers said I could not run your program because my * year subscription had expired. So, I renewed (ref********** dtd: ******). I put the invoice in with my computer records and discovered I had made the same order earlier this year (ref********** dtd: *******). I thought my subscription was for both computers. Did I pay the the service twice?*I am asking for an explanation of whether or not my January subscription is good for both of my computers or I have to have separate contracts for each. Let's get this corrected, either way please.*I will be on a trip until June**th so will not be able to answer any reply you send. My cell (which I will have with me) is ***-***-****.
