Hello, I am Dr. Ashwini Kumar Sharma. I had made a flight reservation with SpiceJet for myself and my wife, Mrs. Sunita Sharma, departing from Jaipur to Pune on the 23rd of March, [redacted]. The MakeMyTrip booking ID is NF[redacted][redacted], and the SpiceJet PNR number is N9K8FP. Originally, the flight was scheduled to depart Jaipur at 14:10 and arrive in Pune at 17:55. However, I recently received a notification from SpiceJet that the flight departure time has been changed to 07:25. After contacting SpiceJet regarding this schedule change, they have provided a full refund, which I received confirmation of via email. On March 23rd, my grandparents Nanda Raj Nepal and Laxmi Nepal, along with myself, Shreedhar Dahal, had a flight booked. However, due to the pandemic, we were unable to travel to Kathmandu. We are currently stranded in Delhi. I kindly request the cancellation and refund of the tickets for both Royal Nepal Airlines and Air India. Since we are still in Delhi and cannot use the return ticket, your assistance in processing the refund would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am disappointed that there has been no response to my complaint through email or phone. I had booked three tickets on your platform, which were canceled due to COVID-19. Indigo and Go Air have confirmed that the full amount has been refunded to MakeMyTrip. Despite reaching out via email to MakeMyTrip, there has been no response. I have lodged a complaint with the Minister of Civil Aviation, who has instructed MakeMyTrip to refund the full amount. I have received this communication in my email today. If I do not receive the full refund within three days, I will escalate the matter to the Minister of Civil Aviation. Please take immediate action on this matter. Thank you. Hello Team, I booked two tickets from Goa to Delhi for Nov 1st, [redacted]. However, there was an issue with the booking date due to an error on the app, which resulted in me having to cancel the tickets. Unfortunately, I faced challenges reaching your customer service for assistance, even after requesting a call back through the app. I received an email from the airline regarding a refund of Rs [redacted], but later discovered that only Rs [redacted] would be refunded. I am confused about the deduction of the remaining Rs [redacted] and would appreciate clarification on this matter. As a salaried individual, this situation has caused me significant financial loss, and I kindly request that the deducted amount be reconsidered for refund. Dear team, I made a booking yesterday with booking ID *NF[redacted][redacted]* and the amount paid was *INR [redacted].0*. Due to a name mismatch, I requested to change the name from Preeti Gupta to Preeti Kumari. My ticket ID is [redacted][redacted]. After speaking with Mr. Sumit, I contacted the airline for a full refund upon cancellation. The airline provided the refund, which I confirmed to Mr. Sumit over the phone by sharing the PNR of the cancelled ticket. He assured me of the refund within 30 days and advised me to proceed with a new booking. Today, I received an email stating there would be no refund for the cancellation. I am concerned because I have not yet received the amount in my bank account after choosing the option for a bank transfer. I flew from Hyderabad to Cochin with Air Asia and received a credit in my wallet, which I then requested to transfer to my bank account. Subsequently, on an Indigo flight from Cochin back to Hyderabad, I was issued a credit shell, which I have arranged to be transferred to my bank account. Upon checking the Make My Trip app, it indicates that the transfer has been processed. I have attempted to contact a live agent using the provided Make My Trip phone numbers but have not received a response. I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Amsterdam and back with Etihad Airways for Rs. 1,06,[redacted] due to Covid-related concerns, the airline canceled the flight. According to their website, I am eligible to rebook with the same PNR until August [redacted]. Despite several attempts to rebook through the My Trips page, I have been unsuccessful. Customer care advised me to rebook through a link in an email, which only led back to the My Trips page. I have yet to receive a clear response regarding a refund or rebooking. Dear Sir/Madam, I recently made a booking for 2 bus tickets from Hyderabad to Nellore for the 26th of November. My booking details are as follows: - MakeMyTrip Booking Number: NU[redacted][redacted] - Service Number: [redacted] - Ticket Number: [redacted]0 - UID Number: [redacted] I received a notification from TSRTC that the bus service on that day was cancelled, and they advised me to claim a refund. I have been in contact with MakeMyTrip requesting a refund due to the cancellation, but the responses I received so far have been unhelpful. I provided all the necessary evidence, including the message from TSRTC about the cancellation. I have been a loyal customer of MakeMyTrip since [redacted], and I have never faced such an issue before. I regret not booking directly with TSRTC in this instance. The passengers are V. Vasundhara and V. Jagannadha charyulu. We were notified by TSRTC that the bus was canceled, and we are eligible for a refund, as shown in the attached message. I have contacted MakeMyTrip for a refund, but they are giving me vague responses. I am disappointed with their lack of responsibility in handling this situation. If the bus hadn't been canceled, we would have traveled as planned. I regret booking through MakeMyTrip; perhaps booking directly with TSRTC would have been better. I have been a MakeMyTrip customer since [redacted], and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.

I made a flight booking on Makemytrip with booking id NF[redacted][redacted] for a journey from CNN-TRV on December 4, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled by the airline due to a cyclone. The airline has refunded Rs.[redacted] to Makemytrip, but I am only showing a refund amount of Rs.[redacted] in my account. When I try to raise a refund request, I receive an error message stating that there is a technical issue. I have attempted to contact Makemytrip regarding this matter, but my problem remains unresolved, and I have not received the complete refund yet.

I am still waiting for my refund from a canceled flight with Booking ID NF[redacted][redacted] through MMT. Although MMT's website indicates that Rs. [redacted] was transferred to my bank on Dec 6, [redacted], I have not seen the amount in my credit card account. I have attempted to reach customer service without success due to the automated system. I have been trying for a week to speak with someone but have had no luck. The website does not allow me to address this issue. I would appreciate knowing the actual status of my refund. Thank you.

I booked a trip from Chennai to Vijayawada on December 25, [redacted], through Make my trip. However, there was an error in the first passenger's name. I reached out to Make my trip and Indigo to rectify this, but they both declined and suggested canceling the booking for a full refund. Following their advice, I canceled and rebooked the passenger. Afterwards, I contacted Indigo to inquire about the refund and was informed that the amount was credited to Make my trip on December 2nd. On December 13th, I received a message from Make my trip via WhatsApp stating that the amount would not be refunded. I have been attempting to reach their customer care team, but unfortunately, they have not responded.

Hello, I had a flight from Dharamshala to Varanasi on October 22, [redacted], with the PNR number CYQWNZ. The airline changed the flight schedule from Delhi to Varanasi, so I decided to cancel my flight. I received confirmation from SpiceJet regarding the refund. The airline informed me that I need to continue the flight from Dharamshala to Delhi and cancel the flight from Delhi to Varanasi to receive the refund. They have refunded the amount to MMT, as confirmed in the email. However, I have not seen the refund reflected in my account yet. Please assist me with this matter. Thank you, VK Bhargawa

I booked a ticket through MakeMyTrip with Booking: NF[redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus, the flight was canceled. The airline has refunded Rs. 6,[redacted] from Indigo and Rs. 6,[redacted] from AirAsia. MakeMyTrip has only refunded Rs. 6,[redacted]. The flight was canceled by the vendor (Indigo), and the refund should go back to my credit card ending in [redacted]. However, the refund was credited to the MakeMyTrip wallet. I have updated my bank details, and I received the AirAsia refund of Rs. 6,[redacted]. The Rs. 6,[redacted] from Indigo is still pending in my MakeMyTrip wallet. I urgently need the refund to be credited to either my credit card or another account I provided. Kindly process the refund promptly.

I booked my tickets through MMT, and due to personal reasons, I need to change the return dates partially. One traveler will return on the original date, while two of us need to change to a later date. I am finding it difficult to make partial changes and the cancellation and rescheduling fees are too expensive. As far as I know, changing dates should cost $[redacted] per traveler. I am not a frequent traveler, but we have been using your platform for a long time. I have been trying to contact customer care, but I am only getting automated messages, which are not helping at all. Please assist me in connecting with the right person or provide guidance on how to address this issue to maintain my trust in MMT.

I am writing about my booking ID: NN[redacted][redacted]. My return flight from Bangalore to Frankfurt was scheduled for 3.05 am on May 16th, and the connecting flight from Frankfurt to Vancouver at 10.15 am on the same day was recently rescheduled to 1.30 pm on May 15th. This presents a conflict as my arrival in Frankfurt is not until 9 am on May 16th. I have attempted to reach out to Make My Trip, but have been unable to connect via phone. Even after contacting the airline directly, they were unable to assist because the booking was made through Make My Trip. Despite sending an email, I have not received any support or guidance. Make My Trip customer service advised me to make changes through the app, but the revised ticket date does not reflect there. I booked a GoAir flight from Mumbai to Mangalore for April 1, [redacted], with booking reference M47M5V. I scheduled a luggage pickup by Avaan on April 6th from Chikkaballapura, Karnataka to Madurai, Tamil Nadu, between 2-6pm. However, no one arrived. Gati was then supposed to pick it up on April 7th, but again, no one showed up. I faced difficulty reaching Gati initially but managed to speak to Sekar, a manager at Bangalore airport operations. After a series of contacts, Bharathi assured the pickup would be on April 12th but informed me it would not happen today. I provided all necessary details to each person involved. The communication barrier due to language is challenging. The situation is distressing as my belongings are at a friend's place since April 6th. I wish for a resolution urgently. I booked a return flight with MakeMyTrip on Feb 18th from Ranchi to Bangalore for March 25th to April 1st. Due to a flight time change on April 1st, I requested a refund. GoAir initiated the refund on March 22nd. However, it has been over 15 days, and I have not received it yet. The flight details are not visible in the cancelled or booked sections on MakeMyTrip's website, making it impossible to track or raise a query. I tried to contact an executive but couldn't. I hope to receive an update on when the refund will be credited to my account. Thank you.
