I booked a ticket from DELHI to Hyderabad through makemytrip agent at DElhi international airport terminal *. It was a wrong booking and hence I immediately cancelled it by calling the indigo customer care. They told me that they would charge some money as cancellation fee and the rest would be refunded and asked me to contact Makemytrip for further proceedings. Since I was coming from the country Netherlands, I dint have my Indian mobile number with me. The agent at the Makemytrip office still booked me a ticket without mobile number or probably used his mobile number. I don't have details of the mobile number that the agent has used to book my ticket. I tried chatting through MYRA from makemytrip website. One of your agent told that the request has been already processed. However i haven't received any money yet. I paid through my credit card which belongs to Netherlands. If i try calling customer care, it would ask me to give the mobile number that i used while booking the ticket which i don't have. Now i have no clue what to do.
