I just added mailtrack to my Gmail account and can see where the icon is in the sidebar, but how do I now mailtrack is on for a certain email? I don't see an indicator, and the icon doesn't change from color to gray or anything when I click it. I want to ensure mailtrack is on for this email before sending. Thanks.

I can't recall exactly, but I had to enable cookies on my email and add Mailtrack to another on of my Gmail accounts to be consistent. I didn't receive help from Mailtrack's customer service.
