I have been experiencing issues with Mailtrack as it only seems to work about 5% of the time. Most of the time, the checkmarks and tracking do not even appear. When hovering over the area where the arrows should be, a message pops up saying, "Failed to load. Please try again." I have previously reported this problem to Mailtrack, but they have not addressed it. I am frustrated with paying $2.00 a month for a product that doesn't work properly. To whom it may concern, I am a therapist who has experienced severe issues due to unauthorized use of my practice information by Mailtrack. This has resulted in a violation of HIPAA laws and the theft of my clients, practice, and even my personal GoFundMe account. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, I have faced obstacles and am now in a very difficult position where I may lose everything that I have worked for over the past 39 years. I have already reported this to the FBI and the Attorney General to address Mailtrack's unethical actions. I urge Mailtrack to promptly remove my account to mitigate further damage to my career and reputation. Sincerely, K.S.

I recently added Mailtrack to a new Gmail account. I have been using the free version on other accounts without any issues. However, when I try to forward an email on these accounts, the Mailtrack information appears twice at the bottom of the email. I have to click 'remove' and then close the upgrade pop-up. On the new Gmail account, Mailtrack isn't showing up at the bottom of emails. I have the Chrome extension and tried to download the app, but it's not working. It was much easier on my other accounts. Should I consider uninstalling the extension and re-adding it to see if that fixes the problem? Thank you!

I have used Mailtrack since [redacted] with a Pro account. Recently, I received an email from PayPal stating that Mailtrack had canceled my recurring billing. Surprisingly, I did not get any prior notifications from Mailtrack regarding this issue. As a result, all my activity history seems to be lost. I am wondering if this is due to Mailtrack increasing its prices and discontinuing the legacy rate, or if there was a billing problem. The lack of notifications from Mailtrack is concerning. It is disheartening that I had to find out about being removed from the service through PayPal without any warning or explanation. I wasn't even given the chance to retrieve my data. I hope someone can address and resolve this situation promptly.

I recently agreed to upgrade my plan on Mailtrack without realizing that $[redacted] would be debited from an inactive checking account of mine. The transaction is still pending, and I would like to request its cancellation. Although I value your service and appreciate the assistance you have provided, I am unable to afford such a significant charge at this time. I have contacted a representative at PayPal, and they have initiated a dispute on my behalf. I kindly ask for your understanding and request that you cancel this charge promptly.
