In my recent newsletter, I included a hyperlink to a Zoom webinar I was hosting. Everything looked good when I tested it by sending it to myself. However, when my customers clicked on the link, an extra six characters "< >" were added at the end in the browser, resulting in an error page and preventing them from accessing the meeting. Many people attempted to sign up but were unsuccessful due to this error. It appears that the issue occurred during the transmission from the recipient's computer to the actual Zoom link rather than during the email delivery from MailChimp. I am unsure why this happened and wondering if there is a solution to this problem, other than not using a hyperlink and asking recipients to manually copy and paste the link into their browsers. I am having trouble logging into my Mailchimp account. I have not received any notifications from them regarding my account status or any violations. I am frustrated as my contact list is stored there. I chose Mailchimp for their reputation of honesty and good communication, and I find this lack of access very unprofessional for a networking company.

I recently published a document and my account got deactivated. I didn't violate any rules and I use this platform regularly. Please advise on how I can resolve this issue as I put a lot of effort into that document. The error message I received mentioned Omnivore reviewing my account under the username American Family Ins. (user ID: [redacted]30) due to content/actions conflicting with the Acceptable Use Policy. My account is disabled now. I would like to know how I can reactivate it or at least back up my data and reports.

I am experiencing an issue where I get kicked out to a session expired screen after a short period on the site. When attempting to login using my credentials instead of my office manager's, I am redirected to a security update page that is not functioning properly. Access to the service is crucial for me to derive any benefits from it. If this problem is not resolved promptly, I may consider utilizing a different service as Mailchimp lacks customer support via phone or live chat.

I recently updated the password for my Mailchimp free email account. Despite receiving confirmation on the screen when I changed it, the new password is now not being recognized. The email associated with my account defaults to a standalone .com website that we haven't used in a long time; we now primarily use a .org URL. The reset password instructions were sent to the old .com website, which is set to forward to the new .org URL. Our emails from the .com domain used to be forwarded to a Gmail account, but this stopped when we switched to the .org URL. Unfortunately, we don't have a text backup option. I need to contact Mailchimp to regain access to our important account.

Issue: I'm receiving this message upon logging in: "Free account just activated. For security reasons, you're not allowed any more new codes. If you're having trouble getting a verification code, please contact support." I mistakenly attempted to log in too many times. I usually use email notification with a code, but I had "remember this computer" selected. My computer automatically clears cookies, cache, and other files daily when the browser closes.

Hello, I require assistance with uploading my buyers list. I am encountering a message in Excel regarding potential feature loss if I save the file in csv format. I am using Excel version 16.44 on a MacBook Pro [redacted]. My understanding is that csv format is necessary to import names, phone numbers, and emails. Should the phone numbers include dashes? Are there any specific requirements for the buyers list upload? Additionally, should I utilize the Excel or Pages version for my list? Thank you.

Hello, I need assistance with recovering an account that was accidentally closed. I was trying to delete an unused account when I mistakenly closed the wrong one. The account that was closed is associated with Account ID [redacted]9 for Habitat for Humanity Sault Ste. Marie & Area. However, I intended to delete a different account named "Habitat for Humanity" which is still accessible. Hello, I created a sign-up form using Form Builder and customized it by changing the background color and button color. However, when I tried to copy it from Embedded Forms to add it to my website, the customization didn't show up. I'm not sure if I made a mistake or if I need to save the modifications I made (I couldn't find an option to save the form). I expected the embedded form to automatically reflect any changes made in the form builder. Can someone assist me and clarify where I might be going wrong? Thank you. - Vincenzo

Hello, Square Foot Ministry manages our volunteer and newsletter database using HubSpot and utilizes Automate.IO to transfer updates to Mailchimp for email campaigns. While we only use Mailchimp for emails, we do collect mailing addresses or just the state for filtering purposes. We are encountering an error that Automate.IO is linking to Mailchimp when we solely provide the state: "Have you added all the fields related to the address? Please provide a value for all of them if you are giving a value for any one. Invalid Resource, Your merge fields were invalid.: ADDRESS - Please enter a complete address." How can I adjust the Mailchimp requirement without having to create a new field for state outside of the address group or removing all address fields? Thank you! Richard

I have enabled two-factor authentication for my Mailchimp account. However, upon attempting to log in with my usual username and password, Mailchimp states that a verification code has been sent to my phone, yet I have not received any message. Despite trying four login attempts on two separate browsers, the code has not been dispatched. I am confident my password is accurate. As a result, I am currently unable to access my account and am unable to send out a newsletter scheduled for delivery by 5 pm today.

I currently have a free Mailchimp account with two users. Sadly, my friend and business partner recently passed away. She was also listed as an "owner" on our account. I am unable to remove her account from our email list because I do not have access to her login details, specifically her password. I'm wondering if there is a way to delete her email and revoke her "owner" status from our account. I am willing to provide documentation, such as an obituary, as proof of her passing.

Hello, Morning, Email marketing is vital for us to provide the best service to our clients. However, we frequently encounter issues with Mailchimp. The latest one is causing our Portal to crash, preventing me from sending an important email for a Christmas Cashback Promo. Greetings. I am writing on behalf of the Butte County Democratic Central Committee (BCDCC), also known as the Butte County Democratic Party. Currently, there are four individuals with administrative privileges in our MailChimp account. We have recently obtained a new list of members, specifically registered Democrats in Butte County, from the county clerk-recorder. This list of email addresses is larger than our previous one, as more people are now providing their email addresses when registering to vote or updating their information at the DMV. The new list totals around 20,[redacted] names. We need guidance on whether using this larger list will cause any technical or licensing issues with MailChimp. In the past, the largest list we sent had around 16,[redacted] to 17,[redacted] names. Our usual monthly emails are sent to approximately 3,[redacted] to 4,[redacted] members, but we utilize the larger list for special campaigns or during election times. Thank you for any assistance. Hello, We are a student sports organization using Mailchimp and seeking help to make our template more mobile-responsive. Despite trying suggestions from the Mailchimp article, we only see changes in preview mode, not in emails. We tested Mailchimp's basic 1-column template and found the side-by-side image+text block works well. We want to learn from this and improve our design, but we can't see what's causing this success. Could we please access the source code of a free 1-column template with the desired layout? We promise to use it for learning purposes only. As a small sports association, we cannot afford a paid plan yet. We hope to upgrade in the future. Your help with the source code would be greatly appreciated! The Publica Press account used to display times in subscriber profiles in US Pacific Time, but now they are shown as "Coordinated Universal Time," causing inaccuracies. For example, entering a note at 8:39 a.m. Pacific Time is displayed as 8:39 a.m. Coordinated Universal Time on Mailchimp, leading to confusion. To ensure accuracy, it would be beneficial for Mailchimp to present times in Pacific Time in subscriber profiles. This adjustment is crucial for providing correct timestamps to subscribers, especially when sharing newsletter send times to aid in locating emails. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. I am having trouble canceling my account as I cannot access it. Every time I need to send a mass business email, I have to sign up for Mailchimp for a month. I keep using different email addresses each time, and now I have 4-5 Mailchimp logins that need to be cancelled. I end up getting charged repeatedly, and I have to dispute all these charges. I haven't used my MailChimp account for over 8 months and can't access it, even though there should be a valid credit card on file. A customer service representative asked me to email them from the address on file, but that email is for incoming mail only. I'm unsure why they need to verify that email or why my account isn't working. I sent an email yesterday but haven't received a response. There's no phone number for support, so I'm unsure how to resolve this issue. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.
