I am having trouble accessing my account since I no longer have access to the email linked to it. I have a paid account. I used to login with the username "shelleyssm" and the password "Fantastic#1" which is not working anymore. I was able to log in last week, but now I can't. I contacted support last week to update my email but couldn't change it. I found out today that I had a Mailchimp account under the email I want to use, so I deleted it. Now, I just want to access my recently paid account. The old email is [redacted] I believe my username is shelleyssm.

The recent changes have had a significant and negative impact on my workflow. I am unable to access Campaigns that were sent to "Audiences" that no longer exist. I usually replicate the last relevant Campaign when sending to a new "Audience" and the numerous new "Audiences" pose challenges for us. Duplicating all data fields from our primary donor database for segmentation purposes within MailChimp is not practical. We are not trying to avoid a higher monthly charge; one of our "Audiences" contains every email in our database. We may even be paying more monthly as the other "Audiences" are segments of our biggest "Audience" based on criteria not tracked in Mailchimp. Is there a way to access past Campaigns for non-existing "Audiences"? This situation is a major issue for us, and we would have prepared better if we had known about this change. Please assist us!

I need assistance understanding how to address the concerns raised in this message: Omnivore Warning I have recently received a notification from Omnivore, our abuse-prevention system, flagging issues in my recent import that may affect the delivery of my campaigns. It seems my list could potentially trigger spam filters, resulting in bounces and abuse complaints. Email service providers, including us, must adhere to strict limits set by internet service providers regarding undeliverable mail and abuse complaints. The Omnivore system uses these limits to identify when a list warning should be issued. To resend emails to my list, I am required to reverse my most recent import in order to eliminate the problematic addresses. Upon removing these addresses, I will then be able to proceed with sending emails to my list.

I have had a MailChimp free account with subscribers for some time, but have not utilized it. I also have a GetResponse account with a separate set of subscribers. Given the high bounce rate on GetResponse, I decided to switch to MailChimp. After cleaning out the old inactive subscriber list on MailChimp, I imported my active, opted-in subscriber list from GetResponse. However, upon doing so, I encountered a critical error on MailChimp, leading to my account being locked. Despite emailing MailChimp for clarification, I have not received a response. Meanwhile, my GetResponse list remains operational with decent engagement, albeit with a high bounce rate. It has been two weeks since I reached out to MailChimp, and I am eager to understand and resolve the issue.

We currently utilize SalesForce along with Constant Contact for our email services. To connect these platforms, we rely on a third-party integration system called Cazoomi. However, whenever SalesForce undergoes updates, it tends to affect Cazoomi and Constant Contact. I have come across information stating that MailChimp supports SalesForce integration without the need for a third-party system like Cazoomi. Can anyone confirm if this is accurate? I am also in the process of reviewing pricing details on MailChimp's website, but I find the structure a bit confusing. For the PRO plan, is it $99 per year for domain name, plus $[redacted] (is this a one-time or annual charge?), and an additional $30 per month for maintaining 1,[redacted] to 2,[redacted] contacts? Furthermore, the PRO plan advertises Premium Support. Could anyone provide details on whether this includes access to a phone support line? Thank you for any clarification on these matters.

I have been using a free Mailchimp account for some time now. I have separate audience lists on this account. My email address associated with this account is [redacted] Recently, I also created a free Mailchimp account for volunteering at an NGO called Philemon Tours. Currently, I only have one audience list created for this account. When I tried to create a second audience list, I was prompted to upgrade to a paid account. Upon revisiting my personal account, I noticed a similar notification regarding the limitation on creating a second audience list. Given that I should be able to have two lists on a single account, I am seeking assistance on how to create a second audience list on my new account associated with Philemon Tours. Thank you, Dawn Clay

I recently accessed our account and have three crucial inquiries. I would greatly prefer to have a conversation because the questions are quite detailed and email communication is not ideal. Inquiry 1: The system indicates we have gained [redacted] new contacts from April 16 through May 16. This number seems unusually high and inaccurate. Can you assist me in determining if there is an issue? Inquiry 2: Although we operate a Shopify store, we do not utilize the integration app. We manually handle exporting and importing our customer list and unsubscribes when sending emails, which is infrequent. Yet, your records state that I am using the integration. Kindly explain this discrepancy as the app is present in our store but not linked to a list. Inquiry 3: Despite sending minimal emails, we are billed $50 per month. While we acknowledge the billing algorithm is tied to list size, we suspect our list may be inflated. Can you provide guidance on optimizing our account to reduce costs? If there is a live representative available for discussion or chat, it would significantly streamline the process. Thank you. Jodi

Yesterday, my website crashed. I received a notification from WordPress regarding an error with the WP RSS Aggregator plugin. The error occurred in line 66 of the file /home2/bobtwald/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-rss-aggregator/vendor/composer/autoload_real.php. The error message indicated a type E_COMPILE_ERROR and mentioned a requirement failure for '/home2/bobtwald/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-rss-aggregator/vendor/composer/../php-di/php-di/src/DI/functions.php'. I'm looking for advice on how to resolve this issue. Alternatively, if you have any recommendations for other WordPress plugins, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I uploaded a contact list with [redacted] emails. While attempting to send an email, only [redacted] emails were successfully delivered, and 75 bounced back. To address the issue, I split the list into sent and unsent contacts, but upon deleting and re-adding them, none of the contacts transferred. Consequently, I learned that reimporting deleted contacts is not allowed by MailChimp. I was unaware of this policy and only wanted to rectify the initial problem of incomplete email delivery caused by MailChimp. To prevent business losses, I kindly request my account to be "scrubbed" so I can re-upload my contacts and resend the emails to those missed due to MailChimp's error. I am willing to create a new account if necessary. For further assistance, please reach out to me at your earliest convenience. Best regards, M. Vieyra Denver Legal Marketing

I need help with our mail chimp account at the church as the previous administrator has left. I have been attempting to correct an error in a recipient's email address, but have been unsuccessful. Despite trying to edit it, the system did not allow any changes. Eventually, I resorted to deleting her profile entirely and creating a new one. However, even though it showed a successful completion, she did not receive the eblast. The system now prompts me to have her fill out a mail chimp form, but I am unsure of where to access this form. I require guidance on how to re-add her to the system so she can receive our eblasts as needed. Thank you for your assistance.

I need assistance reviewing our current plan and determining the best upgrade path. I am encountering the following message: "You've reached your audience limit. You currently have the maximum number of audiences allowed in your plan. To add more audiences, you'll need to upgrade your plan, but you can add contacts to your existing audiences using tags or segments." After looking at the available plans, it seems we are on the Essential Plan for $29.99, which includes 2,[redacted] contacts and 3 audiences. The next plan is $49.99, providing the same number of contacts but allowing for 5 audiences. There's also a significant jump to the $[redacted] plan, offering 2,[redacted] contacts and unlimited audiences. I am unsure about the distinction between contacts and audiences. For instance, our largest audience, KNOW & TELL, has [redacted] contacts, and we have 9 other audiences exceeding the 2,[redacted] limit. We are a small non-profit, the Granite State Children's Alliance, and our KNOW & TELL program is growing rapidly. Unfortunately, we cannot afford the $[redacted] plan. Could you clarify contacts vs. audiences and suggest a suitable plan? Are there any alternative options or "in-kind" subscriptions available for organizations like ours? We anticipate our KNOW & TELL Audience alone growing to over 8,[redacted] contacts within the next year. Thank you for your help. I have received the email below regarding the Mailchimp account associated with our church's email address, [redacted] This account is essential for our non-profit organization, Broadmoor Baptist Church, as it allows us to send out weekly newsletters. Please confirm the status of the account and ensure it remains active. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I had initially planned to run a campaign on MailChimp in late May, but due to being new to the platform and not having all the necessary materials, I decided to cancel the campaign. I recently logged back into my MailChimp account and discovered that I had been charged USD 14.99 even though I hadn't run any campaigns. I promptly deleted my account to prevent any further charges. I am in urgent need of a refund as I do not plan on running a campaign in the near future. Thank you.

I created a landing page on MailChimp to advertise a job opportunity for remote sales reps at my marketing company. When I tried to run an ad for it, my account got flagged for discrimination. Instead of receiving clarification on the issue to correct it, my account was simply canceled through an automated process. I'm hoping to have a human review my account to pinpoint any wrong words or targeting filters that caused the issue. Our company focuses on assisting small locally owned businesses, and there was no intention of anything suspect. I also manage two client accounts on MailChimp and wish to continue using the platform for my business. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Matt

Good morning, I am a user of Mailchimp software. I have already sent my first campaign to a customer list using a corresponding content template. I received a Google Analytics and a sequence report containing various metrics. For my next campaigns, I am interested in obtaining more in-depth audience insights to evaluate the impact of my efforts. I am considering upgrading to the standard edition for access to automated series and detailed customer reports. I noted that there is a link between Mailchimp and Hubspot which may offer a better CRM solution. However, I am unsure about the data transfer process. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you, Athanasios Karalivanos

I recently became the Admin for the MailChimp list of new subscribers for Ford's Colony Newcomers Club. I added three new subscribers but had to remove three contacts due to changes. Now, when I try to add them back, it prompts me to have them submit a new MailChimp form for authorization. Our club primarily uses paper applications, so there are no online forms available. Can someone guide me on how to proceed with getting these addresses back into an active state without an online form?

I need assistance with accessing our MailChimp account. I had issues with the password not being saved on Google Chrome, and after attempting a password reset, I realized our email server is not forwarding messages correctly. Our web manager is working on a solution, but in the meantime, I would like to change the email address associated with our MailChimp account. Can you update it to [redacted] while keeping the same username [redacted]? I am available to answer any security questions to verify the account ownership. I am leaving for vacation soon and will have limited access to phone and internet, so resolving this issue promptly is crucial.

I am seeking assistance with removing the "cleaned" designation from certain email addresses in Mailchimp for the Paddle Palace Club account. I have identified several email addresses, including my own email [redacted], which have been marked as "cleaned" despite being valid addresses used regularly within our organization. In addition to my email, the following addresses have also been deemed "cleaned" and need to be reinstated on the email list: - [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] - [redacted] I am looking for guidance on how to ensure that these email addresses, along with any others experiencing the same issue, can be removed from the "cleaned" status and added back to our email list successfully.
