Help with my MailChimp issue
GetHuman2704229's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
MailChimp doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman2704229 will need to dig through the advice provided by MailChimp, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman2704229 can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman2704229's own words
The recent changes you've made have had a dramatic and negative affect on my workflow. I can't access any Campaigns that were sent to "Audiences" that no longer exist. I have always been able to replicate the last relevant Campaign when sending to a new "Audience". Why do we have some many new "Audiences"? It's simply not feasible for us to duplicate all of the data fields in our primary donor database that we might need to use for segmentation purposes within MailChimp. We are not attempting to avoid a higher monthly charge - one of our "Audiences" includes every e-mail in our database. In fact, we probably pay more per month because all of our other "Audiences" are segments of our biggest "Audience" based on complex criteria that is not tracked or maintained in Mailchimp. Is there any way to access past Campaigns for "Audiences" that no longer exist? If not, this is a major problem for us. We may have done something to prepare if we were aware this change was coming. Please help!
