Dear Sirs,**A week ago we started our first Add in order for our campaign next week. After * days we received an email saying that our Add is canceled because there are to many words in a pic. Yet there are no words in our pics at all! There is * pic containing numbers as our campaign is regarding a online Advent Calender. **Nevertheless, we wanted to get back on track with our Add so we replaced the 'number-pic' with a ordinary pic which, again, do not contain ANY WORDS.*The replaced pic could not be in the canceled Add so we made a new one. PAID that one also and....? Again an email saying that our pic does contain to many words. THERE ARE NO WORDS IN OUR PICS.*Now we have paid, in full, for * Add' and both of the Adds have been canceled.**Please, we would like to know what to do. On internet page from Mailchimp there is no way to get in contact with Customer Service. **Looking forward to hear from you.
