Dear Frans van Houten CEO Magnavox, **Case *INC********I bought **” Magnavox TV. I made a complaint on June ****, expired warranty on November ****. **Since I bought this TV, it gave me a lot of pain such as no sound, and I have to plug out every time I turn on it. **I have new born baby and my others children keep crying when the TV start give the problem. **I started calling complaint since June ****, from Magnavox customer service gave so much complicated regards the trouble shooting, I was so tired with all processing of this refund. **At the end of the day, customer service Magnavox told to find a box and since I bought from BJ’s , they told me that they don’t give box. I called Magnavox and told them that I got problem to find a box. **So customer service told me if you find a box than we can refund and process the pick up By fed ex . **So after all pandemic time, The warranty is over and I kept calling and mostly customer service not response in good talking way. Very rude and unprofessional. **Now Today on May **** after warranty is over and pandemic still here. I found the box and ready to ship but my warranty is over and customer couldn’t process the pick up by Fed ex and no refund. **I told them it’s not easy from me as I have newborn baby and out from country then pandemic time , my husband had COVID ** as well and now I found the box . **So please CEO Frans process my refund without any complicated issues *And pick up the TV by Fedex **Best Regards **Monike Moeen****-** ***nd st*Rosedale, NY ******(***)***-****
