I WAS a good customer for quit a while and loved majicjack but you are ruining it. I do not do automatic withdrawls for one, I havn't use your service for * yrs or more and your billing my bank account. I guess I"ll just have to go to my bank to take care of it since you have no one to talk too.

You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I'm trying to get you out of my bank account., and tell me how long you have been getting into it. ... I have not had a phone to be used on Magic jack in yrs. I have not used magic jack in yrs. I have * cell phones. How long have you been charging me automatically? I'm VERY ticked off. I loved your service but this is not good and I want to know when I became automatic payments. I want to talk to someone.
how about getting professional and hire someone to talk to about a problem. I've spent hours trying to get something done.
I will work on it again tomorrow at my bank, be assured of that.
