I haven't had working Magic Jack since **********. I purchased Concierge and cant get a hold of anyone to help. I have spent hours on the phone with no help, I have tried every option possible from the Trouble Shooting and FAQ. It says its an internet problem. Ive had my modem reset. Plugged the MJ directly into my computer. Changed wires. MJ is the only internet issue, every other device is fine-no problems. I want I to work. I want Magic Jack to answer the phone, give support that was an additional charge.
