We just upgraded to MagicJack Go and it DOES NOT work right.*We were talked into buying two M*J Go and we only connected one to see if it is what we need. We are having problems with it and can't contact the M*J support team. I tried the phone and we're put on hold indefinitely, tried the chat, can not locate M*J cares at M*J .com if there is such a site.* *Problem* *When a friend called, I answered, I said hello and started talking to them when I realized they could not hear me. They said ****-O several times. I could hear them but they could hear me. They tried to called back and the call was intercepted with a message "the MagicJack customer you called is not available". I was waiting at the phone for my friend to call back.
