I have an older majicjack, *A***, with USB plug-in, which I have been using for about * years. I purchased an additional * year extension in ****, so it is still in service. *I plug it into the usb ports on back of my Dell computer which was updated to Windows ** a couple of years ago. My majicjack has recently (last month or so) given me a message in the majicjack window under my phone number stating "No Audio found!". I can make and receive calls, but cannot hear or be heard on out-going or incoming calls.*I have performed all available troubleshooting recommendations: device enable verification, volume checks, modem resets, computer reboots, etc. Still no sound. On the majicjack window menu, when I select the telephone handset option to adjust volume, the volume is always set at * (zero), which I adjust back to max, or **%, or **%, but each time I come back to check it on this menu, it is always back at * (zero), and I don't know if this is contributing to or causing the problem. All Windows system info on sound and device properties indicate the phone is operable, but something has changed, either Windows driver updates or Majicjack system updates, but I have not made any changes. So what can I do to get my majicjack audio back??
