My magic jack connected to phone has not worked for * months, I am a ** year old and am frustrated that no one has been of any help. Was told I had two accounts? was also told they had cancelled one, it was one with the longest time on it, now it has expired but they have my "rental" what ever they call it. What a useless group of technical staff you have.
I trust that MagicJack will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
