I have received no satisfaction in my request for help and login into smart GPS you charged me if I am remembering correctly $** On my visa. I am no further ahead I still cannot login to GPS it still comes up that I have to download browser device plug-in. I am not very happy. I would like to cancel this whole episode on you refund me my $**. It seems that I must Buy another GPS for sure it will not be a Magellan. I was well satisfied when it was content manager I had no problems at all then. Please let me know if you agree to counselling situation And refund me my money.
GetHuman-gtmab did not yet indicate what Magellan should do to make this right.
