The Model No. is N***M-*****Serial Number: RM****&-LM p*N: ***-****-***. I can't find the receipt for it because we were in the middle of a move but it was within the past * months. **For many months now, the screen does not respond to touch and therefore the GPS is rendered useless. This is VERY discouraging and frustrating, not to mention annoying and unhelpful when trying to use it to go somewhere :( I wonder if there is a defect in the screen. **It has been MOST frustrating trying to contact anyone about this and I hope this works! I would like a replacement unit please and as soon as possible since we travel a lot and I rely on the GPS heavily. **Thank you for your attention to this. I rely on my GPS a lot and this is the *rd one I have had to buy in a year :( I switched from TomTom to Magellan but this is the worst yet :(
I would like a new unit. I will return this one if you want it. It isn't a year old yet. If this isn't possible, at least I would like it fixed so that it works and I don't have to tap a million times to MAYBE get a response.
I had had good success with TomToms in the past but the last two didn't work. So I thought I would try Magellan. I expected that it would work! It has been very frustrating to have the screen freeze and just stare at me scorn! and not move :( At least that is what it feels like :( I just want one to work!! My husband wants me to use my phone, but I like having the map up where I can see where I am going and what is coming next. I like how the GPS works better than the phone, but this is Strike * and if I can't get one to work, I'm done :( I hope you can help me.
I've turned it on and off and I've done a reset. Nothing has made a difference.
