I have been in contact with you company to the tune of ** emails back and forth about a defective product. I was instructed to sent the defective unit in, which I did I provided the tracking information showing you received the defective unit. I have in writing a replacement order has been created but have not received the replacement unit. This has been going on since March *, ****. I want a refund or the defective unit replaced.
