I have requested a return label for the Marc New York leather Moro jacket under Order #[redacted]. However, I was informed that the item is ineligible for return. This jacket was a gift purchased within the holiday return policy timeframe, and nowhere on the receipt or order did it state that it was non-returnable. I cannot bear the cost of a Christmas gift that does not fit. I kindly ask for customer service to address this issue promptly and send an email with the return shipping label.

Hello! I purchased a comforter set on Sep18 during a sale (Order #[redacted]) for guests staying over in December. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover the poor quality of the sheets after washing them, with torn fabric and faded colors. Despite the return window closing on Dec23, I am hoping for Macy's to consider allowing a return and issuing a refund due to the unsatisfactory product quality. Thank you, Guilherme

I have been attempting to process my online returns from the holiday season for the past week without any success. Despite numerous attempts, I keep encountering an error message instructing me to contact customer service, but I am unable to find a chat forum, and your email service is not easily accessible. I am feeling frustrated by this situation. I am hoping to obtain return labels promptly for the items I wish to return without needing to spend time on the phone with a representative.

I have been shopping online and made a purchase in-store using a 25% discount coupon. When I tried to use the same coupon online for the same item, my order was cancelled. Even after contacting customer service and getting help to adjust the price, my order was still unsuccessful due to my account being under investigation. I requested a one-time use code to avail of the discount but was denied. When I asked to speak to a supervisor named Ashley, she informed me that my online shopping privileges had been revoked since [redacted], despite me making purchases recently. I was shocked by her response and the way she dealt with me. I am still unclear about the situation and would like further clarification before taking any further action or sharing my experience publicly.

I recently received a notice from Credit Control in Tampa regarding my Macy's account, which I believe might be a scam because I haven't had an account with Macy's for years. I contacted a person claiming to be from Macy's credit department, but the call felt suspicious due to the reception quality and accent. The representative mentioned a Balance Due of $[redacted].07 (matching the letter) but couldn't provide details about the purchase location or date. They mentioned it would take a month or more to obtain that information and abruptly ended the call. I was informed that my order was out for delivery, but I did not receive any notification. I was at home for most of the afternoon and when I checked for the package, it was nowhere to be found. I suspect that my package may have been stolen. I have spoken to a police officer who advised me to reach out to you regarding this incident as I am uncertain about what has transpired. I had ordered three colognes, receiving two on the 29th and finding the third one missing, indicating that my property is missing. My order number is 1ZY3231A[redacted].

I placed an order last night, but it was canceled. I tried again today, and it got canceled once more. After calling customer service, the issue was resolved, but the main item I wanted was out of stock. I asked to keep the batches closed while I checked another store and reordered. I managed to place a new order, but I can't see if it went through. Interestingly, there is also another order that I did not place, making the whole ordering process confusing for me. I lost my wedding ring a few days before my anniversary on 11/23. After purchasing a new one on Black Friday and having it sent out for sizing, I received it about 10 days later. Unfortunately, when my wife gifted it to me on Christmas, it turned out to be the wrong size. I returned to the store on 12/27, and to my surprise, I found my original wedding ring last night. I called Macy’s and was told to come in to return the ring first thing the next day due to closing hours. Upon my return, the staff explained that the ring had already been sent out for resizing, making it impossible for me to return it. This entire situation has been very emotional for both me and my wife. I kindly request an exception to be made considering my initial experience with the gentleman at the counter. If he had been more accommodating, I could have avoided this inconvenience. Thank you.

I placed an order for merchandise in November that was shipped in four parts. Unfortunately, I never received Part 1, only Parts 2, 3, and 4. Despite promises to resend Part 1, I have not received it. Each time I call, they assure me they are looking into it and will email me, but I have yet to receive any communication. On my last call on December 27, they mentioned sending an email or letter, but I have not received anything. I placed order #[redacted] on December 26 and received tracking number 1ZV[redacted][redacted] on December 28. Despite attempting to resolve the issue through chats with Manta S, Nisha Kuman, and Pedro G, the coat has yet to be picked up by UPS and delivered, now causing significant delays. I have noted the lack of progress and poor customer service experiences, including abrupt chat disconnections and unhelpful responses. Unfortunately, the situation remains unresolved, with promises of replacement shipments and refunds not materializing. This prolonged delay has caused me frustration and dissatisfaction with the service provided by Macy's, making me hesitant to shop there in the future due to the lack of assistance in rectifying this issue.

I purchased a set of Kenneth Cole cotton twin duvet covers and washed them before using them. I just spent a frustrating half hour ironing one of the pillow shams because one side was slightly larger than the other, causing it to not lie flat. The fabric bunches up, making it challenging to iron, regardless of the side facing up. Normally, I don’t iron sheets as they usually come relatively wrinkle-free from the dryer. However, I had to iron these as they came out shriveled like linen after washing. I paid $50 on closeout, but they retail for over $[redacted]. This quality issue is disappointing for a name brand product. I didn’t attempt to iron the duvet cover due to my frustration and am considering returning the set to Macy's. However, I am having difficulty finding an email address on their website to inquire about the return process. Their automated assistants aren't helpful, and I don’t want to spend more time with them without getting an answer to my question regarding returning a washed item.

I placed an order for a 3-pack of women's cotton Jockey underwear via special delivery on December 24th, but I have not received the package. After writing a detailed email, I was issued a $95.00 refund to my Visa card. When I called customer service this morning, I got disconnected during the conversation. The representative I spoke with had no information on my undelivered order and mentioned that it was being shipped via UPS. I've been patient in attempting to resolve this issue but have had no luck so far. I am frustrated and seeking assistance. I ordered a dresser from Macy's on 12/26/[redacted], paid for it, and it was shipped. Despite being at home, UPS marked the package as undelivered, claiming that no one was home to accept it. I contacted Macy's immediately and was initially assured of a refund. However, subsequent follow-ups left me confused and uncertain about the $[redacted] refund promised to me. It's frustrating that my dresser was returned to the sender according to UPS tracking. The last update on 1/6/[redacted] listed the item as returned. The UPS Proof of Delivery shows details confirming the return. I am eager to either receive the dresser I purchased or get the refund as previously discussed. Reaching Macy's customer service has proven challenging in resolving this issue.

I bought a Demetrios wedding dress at your 34th St. NYC boutique, had it cleaned and preserved by a place that guarantees their work. Unfortunately, the preservation company found a manufacturer defect in the sequins on the gown. Demetri refused to assist and directed me to contact Macys. Despite taking precautions and using a reputable preservation service, it seems Demetri is not taking responsibility. I am disappointed and seeking assistance. I placed an order with Macy's but have yet to receive it or any updates on its whereabouts. My order number is #[redacted]. The items were supposed to arrive before January 13th. I am now leaving the USA where I was on holiday and do not have a permanent address here. I reside in Europe. Despite speaking with a customer service representative who didn't seem to grasp my situation, I have not been able to resolve the issue. I tried contacting UPS with no success. I am seeking a prompt and full refund for the undelivered items. The lack of communication and assistance from Macy's and UPS is disappointing. It is unacceptable to disregard customers in this manner without apologies or updates. I expect the terms of our agreement to be respected, and the current service has been subpar.

On November 17, [redacted], I placed an order for a dress with Adrianna Papell (Order #AP-[redacted]) for a wedding in January. Unfortunately, the wedding was canceled due to COVID, and I never had the opportunity to wear the dress. After more than 60 days, Adrianna Papell advised that the dress could only be returned for store credit, unless it was sent directly to one of their vendors, such as Macy's. I shipped the dress to Macy's in Columbia, Maryland on January 19, [redacted] (USPS Tracking #[redacted][redacted]40), and it was received on January 21st. Following up with Macy's customer service on January 25th, I was informed by John that I would receive a refund through Paypal, the original payment method. However, as of February 1st, Adrianna Papell's customer service stated that no refund would be processed until the dress is returned to them directly, not to the Macy's department. I now find myself without the dress and $[redacted]. I possess a FEDEX return label from Adrianna Papell but have been unable to locate the dress at Macy's for return.
