I went to the Macy’s in Dallas on *** ** and had several different transactions. I got home( which is almost * hours from the store) only to discover that a security sensor was on a pair of shorts that I purchased. I have no plans on returning to Dallas anytime soon. The shirts that were purchased were a gift and I had the embarrassment of the explaining to the entire group of guests at a bday party that I had not stolen the shorts and had to show the receipt for proof. I had attempted to get my local Kohl’s to remove the sensor and they didn’t have the proper equipment to remove the sensor.

GetHuman5518141 did not yet indicate what Macy's should do to make this right.
