Hello*Place and online Order *: ********** date: ********** More then * days have passed since I placed an order on the Macy’s website. I was supposed to receive after * working days Still it seems it has NOT left the Store in AZ, except the shipping label was created . The Ontrac tracking website is least helpful. According to their website I should have received on *th of Nov. , today it is **th and still no clue. I am totally disappointed and displeased by the Service provided by the Macy’s online ordering system, it is NOTHING BUT HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING. The Customer Service help is pathetic, they least bother to answer my numerous emails. Regards* Anis Chaudry
