I have a Macy's Order *********** that is supposed to be shipped by UPS and arriving today.*However, UPS tracking says the label has been printed, but they have never received it for shipping.**What's going on?

After waiting for the robot to call me back when Macy's got on the line for an hour after the screen initially said it would take ** minutes, I gave up and called Macy's Customer Service and they answered immediately.**I don't think I'm going to be using your service anymore.*It didn't work
