I placed my Macy's order on sept. *th. Two of the items arrived, however, one still has not been shipped. The expected delivery date for the item was Sept. ** and there is no other information available about my order. On UPS, there is also no information available about my package. I have the bill for my item, however, the item has never arrived. What can I do to resolve this issue as it has been ** days over the expected delivery date?
