I need to speak to customer service immediately! Hi, I’m writing in regard to order I placed, which was never received. When I tracked the package, UPS was said to be delivering the item. However, when I researched the matter further, it was determined that UPS lost the package. The item is a men’s Champions Navy pants,size Medium. However, UPS said there is nothing they can do to help me and I would have to have added insurance to the package to get a refund. This shouldn’t be my fault or liability. Your delivery service lost my package, so why can’t I receive a refund? * This is the second time UPS lost the same item ordered. I am disputing that charge with the credit card company directly. However, this order *********** was paid using a Different Visa card. This complete lack of service is unacceptable. I’ve also tried calling your Macy’s customer service hotline, but to no avail. I waited over an hour and nobody picked up and several other times, but I was told by a message recording that there weren’t any customer agents available due to COVID-** limitations. Please, Refund my account in the amount of $**.** plus tax. This kind of customer service in throughly unacceptable for a company of your size. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.*Sincerely,*John N Matlock
